Telehealth Funtional Medicine in FLMeet With Me From Your Florida Home
I’m licensed to provide virtual functional and integrative care in Florida. Whether you live in South Florida, Central Florida, the Gulf Coast, North Florida, the Panhandle, or elsewhere in the state, you can work with me.
During your appointment, you must be physically in Florida even though it’s a telehealth appointment. All visits take place through a secure telehealth platform, and recommended testing or imaging can be completed at facilities near you.
Testing and BiomarkersTest With a Purpose
Standard lab orders can be completed at your local Quest or Labcorp. Ulta Lab Tests provides self-pay options, and advanced functional testing may be ordered through Rupa Health.
Depending on your concerns, testing may include:
Advanced cardiovascular markers
Blood sugar and insulin markers such as fasting insulin and hemoglobin A1c
Kidney markers such as cystatin C and the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio
Thyroid hormones and thyroid antibodies when appropriate
Imaging such as a coronary artery calcium scan when clinically indicated
Advanced functional health testing when the results could meaningfully guide your care

This is a direct-pay functional medicine practice, and payment is due when you book.
Optional 15-minute Discovery Call: $50
60-minute foundational assessment: $750
Ongoing membership: per month
Follow-up visits: Billed separately based on appointment length
I don’t bill insurance, however, for patients with commercial insurance, I can provide a detailed superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement (reimbursement depends on your individual plan). Because I’ve opted out of Medicare and Medicaid, my services can’t be submitted to either program for reimbursement.
Lab testing, imaging, and functional health testing are not included in the fees above. Standard labs may be covered by your insurance, but advanced functional health tests are generally self-pay.

No. You’ll continue working with a primary care physician for routine screenings and general medical care. I provide additional time to investigate chronic concerns, guide functional and lifestyle changes, and monitor how you respond.

Yes. As a physician licensed in Florida, I can prescribe or adjust appropriate medications as part of your treatment.
